Vaccine Navigator project:
There are three ways the Vaccine Navigator project can be accessed:
- Complete the support request form and a Vaccine Navigator will reach out to assist
- Call the helpline at 833-301-HELP (4357) and a navigator will help. Hours of operation are 9 AM-5 PM ET, Monday through Friday
- Text 833-301-HELP and a Vaccine Navigator will provide resources and support
