SCOPE welcomed Chip Franklin to the team on December 7th.
With 30 years of experience working as a paramedic, Chip offers a critical perspective to the work of the SCOPE Statewide team. Starting in 2021, Chip will facilitate SCOPE Statewide training sessions.
